{"id":816,"date":"2010-05-10T21:47:00","date_gmt":"2010-05-10T21:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/matthagen.com\/main\/?p=816"},"modified":"2017-02-07T23:16:43","modified_gmt":"2017-02-07T23:16:43","slug":"hopkinton-hop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/matthagen.com\/main\/?p=816","title":{"rendered":"Hopkinton Hop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/hopkintonhop.org\/\">Hopkinton Hop<\/a> is a goofy little race I put together in 2009 when my wife had qualified for the Boston Marathon but I hadn&#8217;t. She categorically forbade me from running <em>bandit<\/em> in the race, so I caught the 4:06 a.m. train from Back Bay to Framingham, then ran to Hopkinton and turned around, running the rest of the course for the Boston Marathon.
